Kyle Rittenhouse caught in lies about which university accepted him

Kyle Rittenhouse, the acquitted killer boy from Wisconsin, told a right-wing podcast he is going to Texas A&M.

Texas A&M begs to differ:

Kyle Rittenhouse claimed he’ll attend Texas A&M University on a podcast, but university officials tell a different story, saying he has not been admitted as a student.

During an appearance on “The Charlie Kirk Show,” a conservative podcast, Rittenhouse proudly put on a Texas A&M cap and said he’d be attending the university.

“I’m going to be going there. It’s going to be awesome,” the 19-year-old said during the episode, which aired Friday on YouTube. “Beautiful campus, amazing people, amazing food.”

However, a university official said he will not be attending the school.

“He has not been admitted as a student this summer or fall,” university spokesperson Kelly Brown told NBC News Monday afternoon.

In the circles in which Rittenhouse is traveling, the ability to BS your way through any situation is a key skill to navigate the world and circumvent the rules.

The reality community was bound to intrude at some point on his ability to parlay the fact that he shot innocent human beings into a weird MAGA celebrity.

Still — and don’t hate me for this — part of me still feels sorry for him. At some point the MAGA whirlwind will tire of him and he will be left with nothing but his terrible upbringing and intellectually deficient mother.

Kyle Rittenhouse, hunting humans.
